The DAM Prize 2025 was awarded to Spore Haus in Berlin by AFF Architects, a cultural and educational hub commissioned by the Schöpflin Foundation. Located in Neukölln, it provides seminar, workshop, and exhibition spaces. The jury, chaired by former Berlin Senate Building Director Regula Lüscher, unanimously selected it as the winner.
