Henrik Vibskov’s Circle Dome Square is a light installation for Louis Poulsen presented during 3daysofdesign 2025. Vibskov, a multidisciplinary artist and fashion designer, draws inspiration from Verner Panton’s iconic Panthella lamp, creating a textile-based structure that explores colour, form, and reflection.

Louis Poulsen VL45 Radiohus Pendant in two new colours
Louis Poulsen is launching two new colour variants of Vilhelm Lauritzen’s VL 45 Radiohus Pendant, Pale Yellow and Amber, available from February 2025. Initially known as ‘The Office Lamp’, the pendant was designed in 1945 by Danish architect Vilhelm Theodor Lauritzen (1894–1984) for Radio House (Radiohuset), the headquarters of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.

In 2024, Louis Poulsen, the Danish lighting manufacturer, celebrates its 150th birthday by re-issuing its most famous designs. Based on the works of Arne Jacobsen and Poul Henningsen, the anniversary collection uses Pale Rose on the inside of the shades instead of white, with matt white on the outside, and brass detailing.

Danish lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen, founded in 1874, is releasing a new colour palette of five pastel shades for the classic AJ lamp. The original AJ lamp was designed by Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen in 1957. The new shades reflect the colours in the watercolours painted by Arne Jacobsen and include Warm Sand, Soft Yellow, Dusty Blue, Warm Grey and Electric Orange. Louis Poulsen
PH Artichoke pendant light designed in 1958
Poul Henningsen, the influential Danish designer and architect, working with Louis Poulsen, the Danish lighting manufacturer, designed the PH Artichoke for a modernist Copenhagen restaurant in 1958.
